We also receive technical information that is created when you use the site, such as your IP address and browser type, as part of normal website hosting and security.

We use this information to:

• respond to property-management, landlord, and guest enquiries
• arrange calls and assessments you have asked for
• keep a record of our correspondence with you
• protect the site against spam and misuse

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for automated decision-making.

We process enquiry information because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in running Lothe Properties Ltd and answering people who contact us, and because it may be needed to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Technical hosting logs are processed for the legitimate interests of keeping the website secure and available.

Who we share it with

Enquiry emails are sent using Resend so that your message reaches us at info@lotheproperties.com. Call bookings are handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter in the booking popup. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Those providers only process information as needed to provide their services to us.

We may also share information if we are required to do so by law, or with professional advisers who are bound to keep it confidential.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to handle your request and to keep a reasonable business record of that correspondence. We then delete it or restrict access to it. Hosting logs are kept only for as long as needed for security and operation of the site.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, or erase your personal information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of information you provided to us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
